Urgently seeking help from the Skorpi high command, Ellta is able to offer Earth transfer of Skorpi technology to count the threat. With a transfer base established in the North Pole, tight screening ensures that no Skorpi agents are present, but has everybody undergone this probe?...

Only 4 Phantom comics were printed in Russian in 1992-93. I was  planning to scan, but found all 4 (c2c, each 30+ MB) files yesterday.
