Enjoy this Sad Sack Comic created by Sgt. George Baker. I was introduced to this character by a neighbour who worked with CIPLA (A Pharma company) in the 70's.It seems CIPLA had a huge library of comics from abroad and all employees had free access to it. Only 3 books per fortnight were allowed and it was shared only on condition that it be returned in mint condition.
