Summary: Heading for the Arctic Circle to assist in the launch of a space weather station, Flash spots an alien amphibian ship rising from the Arctic Sea.
As a puzzled Flash continues his flight, he soon passes over an isolated, unidentified outpost in the icy no-man's land and decides to investigate if the two discoveries are related – with good reason...
