I am especially heartened by the Frew comics, the story lines are really quite good with imagination and thoughtfulness. Doing some research, I see that there are quite a lot of Frew comics (Phantom) out there. Wow!
Also, http://megaupload.com may be another site to look at for uploads (for larger files, etc. I have found to be very fast, and reliable to upload,) as well as quick to download without any waiting- sometimes 45 seconds, unlike rapidshare, for free users. Mediafire does restrict based on ID, so if you create a "new" account, usually, there is no problem with uploading again. Just a thought!
