It's not Diamond Comics Digest, but Mini Diamond Comics.
Except 3 more freebie (not sure about size - mini or maxi or regular Diamond comics size), only 2 mini were printed. Other mini is shared in Hindi at indianbookscomics.blogspot.com
Total 101 Phantom Digest were printed by Diamond Comics, 63 to 101 are reprints only. Information at wiki is not complete. Making excel list of the Phantom, I'll share it later - it'll contain : Diamond Title in Hindi & English, Strips number and title, Indrajal Comics print number. Currently collecting information about 6 Digests and 3 freebies.
