  1. Thanks for this daily strip. But where did the remaining strips come from? They are of a future date. I have got the strips till 08/06 in my mailbox. So I am interested to know how the rest of the strips are available.

  2. Suggested correction. The strip is ending on 13th of August and not going till 3rd of September. So, it is not a usual 17 week strip but a 14 week affair.

The story has recieved mostly negative responses from the readers. Many goof-ups with the established norms and it completely lacks the thrill and adventure usually attached with good phantom stories. But then, they are the thing of the past. :(

  3. @Venkitachalam SubramanianIf you go to www.seattlepi.com/comics-and-games/fun/phantom and look at phantom comics there, Right click on the picture and go open in new tab. An example address would be:
http://content.comicskingdom.net/Phantom/Phantom.20110525_large.gif Ok, firstly, delete the "_large.gif" because that will make it higher resolution. Then you see the 25 at the end? backspace that and put in 26 and it will show the comic for the 26th. This way, you can usually see a week ahead. So, this is what it will look like after deleting the "_large.gif".

  4. Same applies for many other characters:

but in that case, the story is not yet at his end ;-)

    is another character available there…

    Enjoy,

    Emile

PS: this is the easy part, but what I am searching is a Tarzan large web site (for example) which is not GoComics…

  9. Emile,
I read somewhere that the artist has changed and 08/07 Sunday strip was his first.

  10. thanks a lot dear for this latest Phantom's Daily.

  11. The change of artist has taken place on Sunday strips only. KFS has appointed 'Barreto', a veteran artist for the job. Dailies will continue to be drawn by current artist Paul Ryan. Barreto has started working from 31st July. So 7th August was his second sunday strip.

  22. You asked for Dick Tracy, here's one:

The Celebrated Cases of Dick Tracy:

No, this is not a re-print from 1931 thru 1970, but some stories between these two dates.

I have it in hard cover and I do not readed it since... ages (10, 20 years ?).

    Enjoy,

    Emile
