  3. I read in a Phantom article (in a '94 local magazine) that GK series was the MOST suceesful Phantom books in US then!!

GK's stories was MOSTLY based on Falk's Newspaper strips & illustrated by the famous Phantom-Samaris strip artist 'Bill Lignante' who later fired frm KFS 'COS,,,,he showed the "eyes" of Phantom!!!:o)

Btwn, the scripting was nowhere close to Falk BUT the COVERS r indeed awesome!! And frm a glimpses,I can say confidently that B.Govind illustrated those IJC covers based on these!! :-)

  4. Thanks the ocean (of comics) seems to be really deep at your end..and what more i'm enjoying getting drenched by a bucket full once in every few days...
Ofcourse mediafire makes it easy to download this stuff..better than esnips and rapidshare (free account) anyday. A BIG thanks to the ppl who run the show at mediafire too!!

  6. Just glimpsed through these scans and overwhelmed to see all in one place. Another old treasure missed my eye shot. Thanks for providing them here, Prabhat.

Awesome covers, and the ones which inspired Govind Brahmania's countless Desi ones.

  9. @nishadjp9 From several forums, sites & torrents I was able to collect these comics. Sometimes some friends forwarded me also.

Just tried to make task easier for those who came in late. Glad to know efforts were not gone in vain.

In fact those IJC were reprinted from this series.
